The Here and Now dictum is a frivolous imperception. Spirituality doesn’t mean ‘let’s discredit the body’, which must have a temporal journey. It is through the experience of the body, at the throne the mental and emotional faculties, that one produces the spirit. I equate to emotional intelligence.
